Job responsibilities
-As a Fitness Instructor at Sweat Sweet & Fit Ladies Gym, you will:
-Coach & Guide Group Classes
-Lead fun, effective workouts (HIIT, weight loss, toning, etc.) with energy and motivation for our all-ladies sessions.
-Personal Training
-Conduct one-on-one sessions tailored to each client's fitness goals and progress.
-Client Support & Motivation
-Encourage and support women on their fitness journey - physically and mentally.
-Fitness Assessments & Progress Tracking
-Help members track their transformation through body analysis and consultations.
-Program Participation
-Actively join and lead our signature programs like Let's Kurus and Let's Fit.
-Social Media Presence (Optional but Preferred)
-Share gym vibes, motivate members, and promote classes via social media.
-Gym Environment Upkeep
-Ensure a safe, clean, and positive workout space for all members.
-Team Collaboration
-Work closely with fellow instructors and admin staff to create the best gym experience.
