Requirements
-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Office Management, Halal Background or a related field.
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating documents, and handling email correspondence.
-Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively interact with colleagues and customers.
-Ability to provide administrative support, coordinating meetings, office task.
-Experience in record keeping and maintaining organized filing systems, both physical and digital.
-Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and screening phone calls and routting callers to the appropriate party.
-Prepare memo, emeils, report and other correspondence.
-Write edit document from letter to report and instrustional documents.
-Input daily sales data into the provided accounting system.
-Remain alert and update whenever the system needs to be renewed.
-Assist Halal Executive filing
