Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales
-Proactively identify and develop new clients and sales opportunities to support business growth.
-Prepare and present compelling proposals to secure new business.
-Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
-Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets.
-Support sales-related export documentation and coordinate with international clients or agents.
-Provide regular sales performance reports and updates to management.

🔹 Marketing
-Assist in developing marketing strategies and campaigns to maximize product visibility and profitability.
-Handle consumer complaints, especially related to product quality or stock availability.
-Liaise with suppliers, principals, and agencies for product issue resolutions.
-Support market research, branding, product development, and packaging improvements.
-Create engaging content for marketing materials, including social media and video promotions.
-Coordinate and support events, brand activations, and promotional activities.

Requirements
-Possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or a related field.
-3–5 years of working experience in sales and/or marketing roles.
-Knowledge or experience in export matters is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia. (Mandarin proficiency required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.)
-Creative thinker with strong organizational and time management skills.
-Able to multitask and work independently with a positive, team-oriented attitude.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and preferably familiar with social media & digital platforms.
