Requirements
-Provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
-Assist customers with product selection, provide product information, and offer styling advice to enhance their shopping experience.
-Manage inventory effectively, including receiving, unpacking, and stocking merchandise to ensure product availability on the sales floor.
-Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately, process transactions efficiently, and handle cash and other payment methods securely.
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment by arranging merchandise displays, tidying up the sales floor, and ensuring a pleasant shopping atmosphere.
-Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues, both verbally and in writing, to address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support.
-Support sales efforts by actively promoting products, upselling and cross-selling items, and achieving sales targets to contribute to the store's overall success.
-Adhere to company policies and procedures, including dress code, attendance, and ethical conduct, to maintain a professional and compliant work environment.

Responsibilities

-Manage inventory levels by monitoring stock, replenishing merchandise, and assisting with receiving and unpacking shipments.
-Assist in loss prevention efforts by monitoring customer activity, reporting suspicious behavior, and adhering to security procedures.
-Contribute to achieving sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and providing product knowledge to customers.
-Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues in both English and Mandarin, ensuring clear and concise information exchange.
