Responsibilities

-Collect, verify, and enter data from various internal systems (e.g., sales platforms, inventory systems, CRM)

-Support product upload and update workflows in coordination with merchandising or marketing teams.

-Maintain accuracy of key datasets including product listings, pricing, SKU performance, and channel-specific data

-Design, build, and maintain performance dashboards and reports across all departments.

-Consolidate and analyze data from e-commerce (Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, TikTok Shop) and retail channels.

-Automate recurring reports and streamline manual data workflows.

-Perform in-depth analyses of customer behavior, product sales, campaign ROI, and operations.

-Develop forecasts for sales, inventory, and marketing performance using historical and predictive models.

-Translate insights into business recommendations to improve efficiency and growth.

-Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across systems and platforms.

-Support ETL processes and collaborate with data engineers on scalable pipelines.

-Document data sources, definitions, and standard operating procedures.

-Partner with marketing, finance, product, and operations to align data efforts with business goals.

-Help define KPIs and success metrics at both campaign and strategic levels.


Requirements

-Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics or a related field.

-Proven experience in Data Analysis, Data Visualization, and Data Automation.

-Proficiency in Data Analysis tools and languages such as SQL, Python, JavaScript and visualization tools like Tableau.

-Strong understanding of statistical methods and predictive modeling techniques and Artificial intelligence implementations.

-Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.

-Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills.

-Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

-Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities to improve workflows.
