RESPONSIBILITIES

-Handle disbursements (check invoices, input data in system, request for drawdown, etc)

-Perfecting agreement for execution, mailing and stamping

-Monitor and follow up for pending documents with sales team

-Keep track of payment for stamping to LHDN

-Ensure stamp certificate for each customer is in order and kept in individuals file



REQUIREMENTS

-Minimum Diploma holder.

-Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.

-Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

-Good communication skills, both written & oral.

-Basic knowledge in Data Entry, Microsoft Word and Excel.
