JOB DESCRIPTION

-Prepare purchase orders, quotation, and other procurement-related documentation 准备采购订单、报价单和其他与采购有关的文件

-Provide accurate records of all purchasing activities and monitor order status 准确记录所有采购活动并时刻监控订单状态

-Facilitate with suppliers to negotiate favorable terms, manage deliveries and resolve any issues that may arise 协助与供应商谈判有利条件、管理交货和解决可能出现的任何问题

-Support the implementation of effective inventory management systems and processes 支持实施有效的库存管理系统和流程

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that purchasing activities align with the company's operational requirements 与团队合作，确保采购活动符合公司运营要求

-Provide administrative support to the Purchasing team as needed 根据需要为采购团队提供行政支持


JOB REQUIREMENTS

-Possess a minimum qualification of SPM, Diploma or equivalent relevant field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Procurement 至少具备 SPM 文凭或同等相关专业资格，如供应链管理、物流或采购

-At least 1 to 2 years of work experience in a purchasing or procurement role 至少 1 至 2 年的采购工作经验

-Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills 出色的细节处理能力和解决问题能力

-Able to work well in a team, work independently and adapt to changing priorities 能够很好地在团队中工作、独立工作并适应不断变化的事项

-Proactive and eager to learn 积极主动，乐于学习

-Knowledge in basic accounting skills will be an added advantage 优先考虑拥有基本会计技能者

-Preferably Chinese speaker 最好能说中文
