Requirements
-3-5 years experience in digital agency, Adobe Commerce, Shopify, or web solutions environment
-Strong understanding of Shopify ecosystem, integrations, and digital marketing fundamentals
-Skilled in creating structured proposals, SOWs, and quotations
-Comfortable communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
-Detail-oriented, organized, and commercially aware
-Excellent written and verbal communication (English)

Responsibilities

1. Project Scoping & Solution Design
-Participate in sales discovery calls to understand client goals and requirements.
-Translate business needs into solution proposals (Shopify, integrations, SEO/SEM, automation, etc.).
-Define project scope, timeline, and technical specifications in collaboration with internal teams.
-Prepare SOW (Scope of Work) and ensure accurate cost estimation and resource allocation.

2. Proposal Preparation & Presentation
-Draft professional proposals and quotations with clear deliverables, phases, and pricing.
-Collaborate with sales to align commercial terms and ensure proposals are client-ready.
-Support the Head of Commercial in presenting technical concepts during client meetings.

3. Solution Documentation
-Maintain a library of solution templates, cost sheets, and technical documents.
-Continuously update documentation based on new Shopify apps, integrations, and services.

4. Internal Coordination
-Work with project and development teams to validate feasibility, timeline, and resource capacity.
-Bridge communication between sales and production to ensure smooth project handover post-sign-off.

5. Continuous Improvement
-Stay updated with latest eCommerce trends, Shopify features, and ecosystem tools.
-Suggest process improvements for scoping and quoting efficiency.
-Assist in internal productization (e.g., standard packages, pricing models).
-2-4 years of experience in sales operations, admin, or data management (preferably in agency or SaaS environment).
-Strong command of Google Sheets / Excel, CRM tools (HubSpot /Pipedrive), and Google Workspace.
-Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
-Analytical mindset with good communication and problem-solving skills.
-Basic understanding of digital marketing or eCommerce sales is a plus.
