Your Role at Feruni

As a Feruni Retail Store Manager, you’ll lead a high-performing team and drive the store’s success across sales, operations, and customer experience. You’ll be empowered to:

Drive Sales & CRM Excellence

-Plan and execute store strategies to meet sales and net income targets.

-Build strong relationships with homeowners, architects, interior designers, and contractors.

-Master CRM tools to manage leads, track performance, and optimize the sales funnel.

-Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Deliver Operational & Service Excellence

-Ensure smooth daily operations and high service standards.

-Elevate showroom presentation and visual merchandising.

-Recommend and implement improvements to boost productivity and customer satisfaction.

-Use digital tools and data to enhance decision-making and store performance.

Lead & Develop Your Team

-Coach, train, and inspire your team to grow professionally and deliver results.

What We’re Looking For

-Diploma or Degree in any relevant field.

-2–3 years of experience managing a retail store.

- Experience in building materials or interior design retail is a plus.

-Proficiency in CRM and digital analytics tools.

-Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

-Strong leadership, time management, and problem-solving skills.

-Passion for customer service and team development.
