Job Description

Requirements
-Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience in brand management, integrated marketing, or a similar role.
-Proven ability to develop and execute successful integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness and engagement.
-Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
-Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively present ideas and influence stakeholders.
-Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with diverse teams and audiences.
-Demonstrated ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies.
-Experience working with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service.

Responsibilities
-Develop and execute integrated brand marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty in alignment with overall business objectives.
-Manage and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, and traditional media, ensuring consistency in messaging and branding.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure brand integration and alignment across all touchpoints.
-Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to identify opportunities for brand growth and innovation, and to inform marketing strategies.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of brand marketing initiatives, providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, and making recommendations for optimization.
-Manage the brand budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximizing ROI on marketing investments.
-Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity across all channels and materials.
