Requirements

Who We're Looking For
-Minimum SPM qualification; Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Advertising, Business, or related fields is an advantage but not required.
-At least 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content management. Candidates with strong portfolios or proven results are encouraged to apply, even without formal qualifications.
-Proficient in Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and other marketing tools
-Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into insights
-Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects under pressure
-Passion for outdoor lifestyle, sports, or fishing is a plus
-Excellent communication in Bahasa Malaysia & English (Mandarin is an advantage)

What You'll Do
-Campaigns & Advertising - Plan and execute integrated campaigns across digital channels (Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Douyin, etc.) and support offline promotions when needed. Manage ad budgets, optimize performance, and track results against KPIs.
-Content & Community - Turn product strengths into compelling content strategies, manage social media calendars, and collaborate with content team. Grow and engage brand communities (WhatsApp, Facebook Groups etc.) to build loyalty.
-Analytics & Insights - Monitor and analyze performance data, research market trends and competitors, and provide actionable recommendations to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
-Brand & Cross-Team Support - Ensure consistent brand messaging across campaigns, assist in product launches, events, and promotions, and work closely with other departments to deliver impactful marketing activities.
-Team Collaboration - We work as a team, and responsibilities will be assigned based on your strengths and capability so you can focus on what you do best while continuing to grow your skills.
