Requirements
-Minimum 2 years of experience in the service or hospitality industry
-Physically healthy and free of infectious diseases
-Able to work on weekends and adapt to shift rotations
-Proactive, responsible, and able to work independently
-Good communication and customer service skills

Responsibilities
-Ensure daily café operations run smoothly and maintain a welcoming atmosphere
-Keep the working environment clean and tidy during shifts
-Build positive rapport with distributors and VIP/leader-level customers
-Process customer orders promptly and avoid delays
-Maintain and care for café equipment and utensils
-Assist distributors with point top-up processes when needed
-Ensure garbage is cleared at the start and end of each shift
