Key Responsibilities:
· Manage end-to-end sourcing processes including request for quotation (RFQ), tendering, supplier evaluation, and contract finalization.

· Identify and develop reliable suppliers to achieve cost savings, quality improvement, and timely delivery.

· Conduct market analysis to identify potential vendors and alternative sources of supply.

· Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and service levels to secure favourable agreements.

· Maintain and update supplier databases, contracts, and sourcing documentation.

· Work closely with internal departments to understand procurement requirements and align sourcing strategies with business objectives.

· Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery or quality issues.

· Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements.

· Prepare and present sourcing reports, cost analysis, and recommendations to management.

· Continuously improve sourcing processes and contribute to cost optimization initiatives.



Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field.

· Minimum 2–5 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

· Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).

· Good understanding of procurement procedures, contract management, and market analysis.

· Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work under minimal supervision.
