Job Description
What you'll be doing
1. Performance Marketing & Paid Media
-Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and other relevant digital platforms to achieve defined KPIs (ROAS, CTR, conversions, etc.).
-Lead keyword strategy across on-page SEO, off-page link building, and technical SEO to improve organic traffic, ranking, and content visibility.
-Manage media budgets, bids, targeting, and creative optimization to ensure cost efficiency and strong campaign performance.
-Develop full-funnel digital strategies — from awareness and traffic acquisition to remarketing and conversion.
-Collaborate with Corporate Communications and Social Media teams to align paid digital campaigns with brand messaging, seasonal campaigns, and PR moments.
-Stay updated with platform algorithms, audience trends, and emerging ad formats to ensure MST Golf maintains a leading digital presence.
2. Email Marketing & CRM Activation
-Manage and execute email marketing campaigns through Dotdigital, ensuring consistency with the brand voice and visual identity.
-Work closely with the Loyalty Program Manager to translate customer segmentation insights into targeted digital campaigns (e.g., welcome, reactivation, win-back, and post-purchase journeys).
-Build automated and triggered email workflows that drive engagement, traffic, and conversion.
-Track and report on key CRM and email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates, and revenue attribution.
3. Affiliate & Partnership Marketing
-Manage and grow MST Golf’s affiliate and referral programs, ensuring alignment with brand standards and measurable performance outcomes.
-Work closely with the Social Media team to ensure influencer and affiliate campaigns are both brand-appropriate and conversion-oriented.
-Identify and evaluate new digital partnerships or media collaborations that can drive incremental reach and sales.
4. Analytics, Tracking & Optimization
-Track, analyze, and report digital performance across all platforms, turning data into clear insights and actionable strategies.
-Manage tracking infrastructure (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, UTM tagging, etc.) to ensure accurate performance attribution.
-Regularly review and optimize campaigns for cost efficiency, audience relevance, and creative performance.
-Prepare monthly reports for management highlighting key performance trends, ROI, and recommendations.
5. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
-Work closely with:
-Loyalty Program Manager – to integrate member data and CRM insights into campaigns.
-Social Media & Content Team – to align paid content and influencer performance campaigns.
-Corporate Communications – to synchronize digital and traditional media messaging for major campaigns.
-Retail Marketing & E-commerce Teams – to drive in-store traffic and online sales synergy.
-Support integrated brand campaigns and product launches with strong digital amplification strategies.
What we're looking for
-Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field
-Minimum 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the retail or e-commerce industry
-Proficiency in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
-Excellent data analysis and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret and translate data into actionable insights
-Strong understanding of search engine optimization (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), and social media marketing
-Familiarity with web analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and the ability to measure and optimize campaign performance
-Proven track record of driving growth and achieving digital marketing objectives
-Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams
