What you'll be doing
-Supervising and coordinating the waiting staff to provide a seamless dining experience for our customers
-Ensuring high standards of food presentation, table setting, and overall restaurant cleanliness
-Monitoring inventory levels and placing orders for necessary supplies
-Handling customer inquiries and complaints professionally and courteously
-Training and mentoring service staff to improve skills and product knowledge
-Assisting management with scheduling, performance evaluations, and administrative duties

What we're looking for
-At least 2 years of supervisory experience in the hospitality industry
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
-Excellent customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic inventory management
-Must be proficient in Mandarin (spoken & reading), as the role requires communication with Mandarin-speaking guests and team members.
-A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences
