Job Description

HR Operations Management:
-Oversee HR operations across all outlets, ensuring compliance with company policies and local labor laws.
-Oversee lifecycle for all employees, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews and offboarding.
-Provide day-to-day HR support and guidance to outlet managers to resolve operational HR matters effectively.

Payroll Management:
-Supervise the full payroll process for all employees, ensuring salaries are processed accurately and on time.
-Ensure adherence to statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, income tax) and regulatory requirements.
-Investigate and resolve any payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.

Industrial Relations (IR) Management:
-Handle employee grievances, disciplinary issues and workplace disputes in accordance with labor laws and company policies.
-Manage and oversee any IR matters, including investigations, misconduct cases and disputes with employees.
-Represent the company in IR-related negotiations, conciliations or other legal proceedings.

Compliance & Employee Relations:
-Promote a positive and respectful working environment through proactive employee engagement initiatives.
-Lead retention programs and welfare initiatives to enhance staff satisfaction and reduce turnover.

HR Reporting & Analytics:
-Track and report key HR metrics such as turnover rate, payroll costs and absenteeism to senior leadership.
-Analyse data and provide strategic recommendations to improve HR processes and operational efficiency across outlets.
