Job Description

-Ensure minimum and maximum food & beverage par stocks for all items, following its quality quantity standards.
-Ensures that all restaurant staff perform and prepare trading according to outlet policy
-Implements a daily, weekly and monthly checklist for all subordinates. Ensures proper follow-up to attain maximum quality and efficiency.
-Keeps aware of trends, systems, parties and equipment in food & beverage preparation and service through trade literature and actual visits.
-Participates in the preparation of a strategic action plan, marketing plan and goals program.
-Supervises all food and beverage service activities in the restaurant, ensuring guest satisfaction.
-Plans and coordinates improvement in the operation and management of the restaurant, to improve service and profits in coordination with the Operations Manager.
-Assists with the recruitment of all outlet staff, setting both tasks and qualifications.
-Introduces all new staff to outlet facilities and services and explains all policies, tasks, procedures and standards to ensure the highest standard of service and enforcement of standard operating procedures in place.
-Identify café training needs, compiles and approves training materials and programs in coordination with the Operations Manager.
-Trains and motivates staff to achieve the highest standard of service and guest satisfaction.
-Conduct performance appraisals of staff and prepare guidelines with an action plan stated and time frames for improvement.
-Participates in all staff and training meetings as directed by the Operations Manager.
-Ensures high standards of personal appearance and hygiene, clean and pressed uniforms and name badge as described in the employee handbook.
-Always keep yourself updated with the HR Policies.
-Always keep yourself updated with other interrelated departments. eg, FINANCE, IT, PURCHASING, CENTRAL KITCHEN, PASTRY KITCHEN, QAQC & TRAINING to smooth retail operations and to keep efficient communications to comply with all duties assigned are in order.
-Submission of required complete documents eg. Invoices, daily operation report, new recruitments, payroll summary, within the timeline.
-Performs related duties and special projects
