🎯 Your Leadership Focus:

-Operational Excellence: Direct daily refinery and soap production processes. Monitor KPIs (yield, throughput), optimize chemical usage, implement improvements, and manage plant shutdowns/turnarounds.

-Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict compliance with OSHA, DOE, DOSH, and local HSSE regulations. Drive a robust safety culture and ensure environmental discharge standards are met by the WWTP.

-Quality Assurance: Guarantee product specifications (FFA, color) are met and maintain vital certifications: Halal, GMP, HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, RSPO, and MSPO.

-Financial & Inventory Control: Manage departmental budgets (CAPEX), implement cost-saving measures, and oversee comprehensive inventory control and reporting to Finance.

-People Management: Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of engineers, supervisors, and support staff, fostering a high-performance, disciplined culture.

✅ What You Must Bring:

-Experience: Minimum 5 years in a Managerial or Senior Supervisory role within the palm oil refining, edible oil processing, or a related complex manufacturing environment.

-Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

-Technical Knowledge: Strong command of refining processes, boiler operations, WWTP, and food safety standards.

-Strategic Skills: Proven track record in process optimization, team leadership, financial acumen, and excellent analytical skills.

-Standards Familiarity: Thorough knowledge of Halal, GMP, HACCP, FSSC 22000, RSPO, and MSPO.

-Work Location : Willing to be based in Pasir Gudang, Johor.
