Job responsibilities:
-Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas set by the sales manager/superior;
-Establish and manage relationships with Key Accounts to achieve sales targets and KPIs;
-Identify, develop and secure new customers to contribute to company’s sales targets and growth through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques;
-Negotiate business terms with key customers;
-Plans, negotiate and execute marketing and promotion strategies;
-Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities supported by data analysis;
-Responsible for new product listing and its strategic promotion planning;
-Prepare sales forecast and Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction;
-Any ad-hoc duties assigned.

Skills & knowledge requirements:
-Possess a minimum diploma in Business or any relevant field.
-Have a minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in FMCG Industry.
-Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Strong interpersonal skills.
-Positive, motivated attitude.
-Good in computer skills, particularly Excel.
