Job Description

1. To plan and execute sanitation and pest control program are meet as per daily target.

2. To identify and ensure silo, machinery and surroundings are free from any infestation.

3. To encourage and advising team to eliminate sighting of infestation.

4. To take the required control measure of the situation in need treatments.

5. Ability to communicate necessary information to service internal and external customer.

6. To closely coordinate with the production and maintenance department in planning the preventive maintenance and cleaning schedules so as to ensure non-disruption to the production output and the business as a whole.

7. To ensure regulations, legislative and other procedures are in compliance to HACCP, Machinery Department, GMP, etc., requirements to ensure their continuous renewals and no disruption to the business.

8. To promote a safe workplace and safe working culture within the department, ensuring all Safety Operating Procedures are adhered to and where & when required, usage of PPE. Ensure all staff are properly trained and licensed for work in their respective areas.

9. To promote the 5S, GMPs culture within the department. Measure results, correct and guide employees in the importance of workplace organization and cleanliness.

10. To perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.

Qualifications

1. Diploma in Engineering (Agriculture Science / Agrotechnology / Industrial) or equivalent

2. Minimum 2 years of working experience in Manufacturing industry or relevant
