1. Plan, create, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (e.g.

Instagram, Facebook, XHS) to strengthen brand presence and drive engagement.

2. Develop monthly content calendars in line with marketing campaigns, seasonal

promotions, and product launches.

3. Coordinate photo and video shoots to produce high-quality visuals for digital use.

4. Write clear, creative, and on-brand captions or copy for posts, ads, and campaigns.

5. Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics, providing reports

and insights for improvement.

6. Manage community interactions by responding to comments, messages, and

mentions promptly and professionally.

7. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing operations, designers, operations) to

ensure consistent communication and content execution.

8. Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and competitor

activities to identify new opportunities for brand growth.

9. Support influencer collaborations, KOL campaigns, and user-generated content

initiatives.

10. Assist during events, new store openings, and on-site content coverage when

required.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or related field.

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media management, preferably in F&B,

retail, or lifestyle brands.

• Strong understanding of social media platforms, content strategy, and basic

analytics.

• Creative thinker with good visual and copywriting sense.

• Basic photography or video editing skills are an advantage.

• Excellent communication and time management skills.

• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel or work on-site for events, content shoots, or outlet activities

when required.
