🔑 Key Responsibilities

Bulk Shipment Export: Plan, arrange, and oversee outgoing bulk shipments to meet timelines and minimize costs.

Bulk Shipment Import: Manage incoming shipments, ensuring smooth coordination and compliance with requirements.

Documents Coordination: Handle customs forms, health certificate applications, and surveyor reports to ensure proper documentation.

Pipeline Planning & Arrangement: Organize and schedule pipeline operations for efficient shipment flow.

Operational Management: Coordinate internally and externally to ensure smooth shipment operations with strong teamwork and technical knowledge.

🎓 Requirements

Experience: Preferable 1–2 years of relevant work experience in shipment operations. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Education: STPM / Diploma in Shipping, Maritime, Transportation, Logistics Management, or related field preferred.

Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel effectively.

Work Schedule: Working in shift.
