Job Responsibilities:
-Handle a full set of account reports, including financial and management reports, as well as accounts receivable.
-Perform day-to-day finance and accounting operations.
-Maintain and organize accounting records, documentation, and filing.
-Prepare monthly management reports, statutory financial reports, and other ad hoc reports.
-Independently manage cash flow and liaise with bankers on financial matters.
-Ensure compliance with proper accounting policies and internal control procedures.
-Ensure accuracy, completeness, timeliness, and integrity of all financial data.
-Prepare annual tax submissions, estimations, and other tax-related matters.
-Liaise with external auditors and tax agents on all audit, tax, and statutory requirements.
-Process vendor payments and manage online banking transactions.
-Perform account and bank reconciliations.
-Assist in the preparation and coordination of the audit process.
-Carry out any other ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:
-Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in accounting and finance.
-Proficiency in financial software such as Microsoft Excel and Autocount is added advantage
-Strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
