As the Customer Service Executive, you are responsible to:
-Handle shipment booking, quotations, rates enquiries, billing and closing of jobs
-Maintain client records and follow up emails with the clients, overseas agents, and shippers.
-Monitor incoming shipments from receiving the pre-alert from overseas agents.
-Prepare the necessary documents for custom clearance process.
-Monitor and update the custom clearance process to the consignee, shipper or overseas agent until the shipment is released and sent to the consignee’s address.
-Act as a liaison between the client and other departments to ensure efficient service levels are delivered to the clients.
-Ensure that all customers’ queries are well investigated and resolved.
-Handle office administration such as customer service reports and all documents and files are completed smoothly.

Requirements:
-Diploma in logistics, supply chain or related discipline.
-Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
-Have good knowledge in air and sea freight forwarding.
-Good understanding of the import flow and government regulations.
-Have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft office.
-Able to work independently and as a team.
-Good command of spoken and written English and local languages.
