We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to support our daily operations. This role involves handling administrative tasks, coordinating delivery activities, assisting customers, and working closely with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and excellent service.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and arrange daily delivery orders, including basic route planning.

Attend to customer calls, messages, and emails — assist with orders, enquiries, and complaints.

Update and maintain accurate data and customer information in the system.

Work closely with sales, warehouse, and other internal teams to resolve issues and ensure timely updates.

Prepare simple daily/weekly/monthly reports and support general administrative tasks.

Build and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues.

Requirements
SPM / O-Level or above; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Word and PowerPoint is an advantage.

Ability to read maps and plan simple delivery routes.

Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; Mandarin is an added advantage.

Organized, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Own transportation required; able to start immediately is a plus.
