Job Summary:

Our company is seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Executive to lead our technology initiatives. As a IT Executive, you will play a crucial role in shaping our organization’s digital landscape, ensuring seamless operations, and driving innovation. If you are a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, this role is for you!


Responsibilities:

Provide troubleshooting and technical support for network administration and IT systems.

Assist with sales applications, including Distribution Management Systems (DMS) and Sales Force Automation (SFA) mobile applications.

Deliver immediate phone support to distributors for system-related issues.

Manage and maintain IT assets, including system reporting.

Oversee daily IT operations, ensuring timely and effective hardware and software support through strong problem-solving skills.

Collaborate on IT projects to enhance organizational efficiency and value.


Requirements:

Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Exposure in managing Distribution Management Systems (DMS) is preferred.

Experienced in Active Directory, MS Exchange Server, MS SharePoint, MS Teams, and the Microsoft 365 suite.

Ability to communicate in Mandarin is preferred, as you will need to support mandarin speaking clients.

Familiarity with AI tools is an added advantage.

Willing and able to travel in a personal vehicle.
