Responsibilities
-Travel Planning for Customers
-Design suitable Japan itineraries based on customer needs
-Recommend attractions, restaurants, and experiences
-Communicate with customers to understand their requirements (we have SOPs and templates for learning)
-Customer Communication (Focus: High Emotional Intelligence)
-Answer questions professionally
-Explain plans in a gentle but clear manner
-Keep the situation calm when customers are upset
-Handle complaints or misunderstandings using scripts to soothe and resolve issues (we will teach you "high EQ customer service scripts"; beginners can learn)
