Procurement
1) Purchase of right materials (Based on BOM) and meet customer forecast / demand.
2) Price negotiation with supplier.
3) Expedite and monitor delivery with suppliers to meet customer orders / production plan.
4) Control inventory towards company business objective – coordinate and participate in new potential supplier.
5) Ensure smooth supplied without affecting production plan / customer order / business activities.
6) To prepare, monitor & maintain all purchasing related documentation & report accuracy.
7) Liaise with internal department related to purchasing activities such as Production, warehouse & Logistic, QC, Finance etc.
8) To maintain and update data for purchasing related weekly/monthly/yearly document/reports.

Requirements
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any Business field and related disciplines.
-Good purchasing negotiation skills, knowledge of the market trends, business understanding and manufacturing process
-2-3 years related work experience.
-Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin & English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.
