Job Description
The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual content that supports the company’s branding, marketing, and communication objectives. This role involves developing digital and print designs, ensuring brand consistency, and collaborating closely with marketing and creative teams to deliver engaging visuals. The Graphic Designer must combine creativity with technical skills to enhance the company’s online and offline presence.
1. Creative Design & Visual Development
Produce visually appealing designs for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and promotional materials.
Create graphics, banners, posters, product visuals, and other design assets.
Ensure all designs meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
2. Content Creation & Multimedia Support
Assist in creating short-form visual content such as infographics, GIFs, and simple animation/motion graphics.
Support video content teams with thumbnails, overlays, and visual elements.
Edit and enhance images, illustrations, and photos when needed.
3. Brand Consistency & Quality Control
Maintain consistent brand identity across all design outputs.
Review and refine designs based on feedback from supervisors or marketing teams.
Ensure accuracy, clarity, and aesthetic appeal in all deliverables.
4. Project Coordination & Collaboration
Work with marketing, product, and content teams to understand project requirements.
Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously with proper planning and prioritization.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
5. Professional Image & Brand Representation
Maintain a professional and proactive working attitude.
Represent the company’s creative values and uphold high aesthetic standards.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and provide creative recommendations.
6. Preparation, Research & Continuous Learning
Conduct design research and stay updated on design trends and competitor visuals.
Review creative briefs before starting projects.
Continuously improve design skills through learning and practice.
7. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement
Review engagement metrics on visual content (e.g., social posts, ads).
Adjust design styles based on campaign results and feedback.
Suggest ideas to enhance branding and visual communication impact.
8. Working Hours
Five working days per week (Monday to Friday), office-based (WFO).
May require support during urgent campaigns or deadlines when necessary.
9. Qualifications / Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Creative Arts, or related fields.
Portfolio showcasing design skills (required).
Skills & Competencies
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, etc.).
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding.
Able to create designs for social media, digital ads, and marketing materials.
Basic knowledge of video editing or motion graphics is an added advantage.
