Job Descriptions:

Operate and monitor various production equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and product quality (sports welding & roll forming)

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on production equipment, identifying and resolving any issues promptly

Collaborate with the production team to implement process improvements and enhance overall efficiency

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment

Assist with the training and supervision of junior production staff

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production activities

Work closely with the quality assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Job Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Technician or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry

Technical aptitude and proficiency in operating and maintaining a variety of production equipment and machinery

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve issues quickly

Ability to work effectively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the production process

Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes
