What You’ll Be Doing:
-Support the Section Head and Department Head with strategic purchasing plans and material planning.
-Ensure timely and accurate execution of purchasing activities to keep raw materials flowing to the production line.
-Maintain great relationships with suppliers to secure on-time deliveries and keep optimal inventory levels.
-Participate in supplier development, audits, and performance reviews alongside department leaders.
-Lead and guide a team of purchasing staff in daily activities: purchasing, shipping, delivery follow-up, receiving, and issuing materials.
-Coordinate with departments like Sales & Distribution, Production, R&D, and Finance to align on inventory, spare parts, and manufacturing needs.
-Champion safety, health, environmental practices, and quality standards within the team.

Who We’re Looking For:
-A Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or equivalent (minimum CGPA 3.0 or Second Class Upper).
-Excellent communication skills — both written and spoken.
-A resourceful, hands-on team player who can think fast and solve problems independently.
-Familiarity with SAP is a big plus!
