Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients (parents, schools, or institutions) in Mandarin to promote company programs and services.
Follow up on inbound enquiries and leads.
Identify client needs and provide suitable solutions or course recommendations.
Build rapport and maintain positive communication with prospects.
Accurately record client interactions and updates in the CRM system.
Handle client queries professionally or escalate when necessary.
Support the sales team in achieving enrolment, subscription, or revenue targets.
Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team with prospective clients.
Provide updates on lead status, conversion outcomes, and client feedback.
Prepare daily/weekly call logs and lead reports for management review.
Maintain organised records of leads, calls, and results.
Ensure compliance with company policies, telemarketing guidelines, and data privacy standards.

Job Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) – essential.
Minimum 1 year of telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience, preferably in education, tuition, or training sectors.
Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
Friendly, patient, and professional telephone etiquette.
Ability to work under target-driven conditions.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
