Identify, engage, and recruit prospective students for the company’s educational programs.
Generate leads through school visits, events, referrals, and outreach activities.
Conduct presentations and consultations to explain programs, courses, and benefits to students and parents.
Build strong relationships with prospective students, parents, and schools.
Address enquiries, provide accurate information, and guide parents/students through the enrolment process.
Maintain positive communication and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
Support student registration, application processing, and documentation.
Track enrolment status and follow up with prospective students to ensure successful admission.
Collaborate with internal teams to manage schedules, placements, and program availability.
Assist HR in internal recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for teaching and non-teaching positions.
Coordinate internal communication for recruitment campaigns and job postings.
Maintain records of internal candidates and follow up with applicants and department heads as needed.
Collect and analyse market and competitor data to support recruitment strategies.
Prepare regular reports on leads, enrolments, conversion rates, and recruitment activities.
Suggest improvements to recruitment campaigns based on performance data.
Assist in planning and executing recruitment events, workshops, and open houses.
Support marketing initiatives to increase awareness of programs and enhance brand presence.

Job Requirements
Minimum 1–2 years experience in student recruitment, admissions, education sales, or HR/internal recruitment support (preferable).
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Business, Marketing, HR, or related field.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
Comfortable with travel, school visits, and attending events.
Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple tasks.
