Job Responsibilities:
-Manage MY PO processing and maintenance and non-trade purchase.
-Source and procure machinery, equipment, spare parts, consumables, subcontracted services, and other materials required for manufacturing plant operations in a timely and cost-effective.
-Source the potential suppliers, and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
-Study and negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to ensure cost efficiency and quality delivery.
-Maintain strong relationships with local and regional vendors.
-Work closely with the Sales team and Sales and Support team for an effective and smooth shipping and purchase processes.
-Liaise with forwarder and warehouse for Inbound delivery arrangement.
-Liaise with marketing on stock arrangement.

Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
-Minimum 1-3 years experience in shipping or logistics industry.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office.
-Strong negotiation skills.
-Able to communicate effectively in English, Malay and Mandarin.
-Candidates who are fluent in Mandarin will be preferred because the role requires candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking clients.
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
