Job Responsibilities:
-Assist in recruitment processes including job postings, resume screening, interview arrangements, and onboarding coordination.
-Maintain and update employee records, contracts, and personnel files in compliance with regulatory requirements.
-Handle payroll inputs such as attendance, overtime, and salary adjustments to support accurate payroll processing.
-Respond to employee inquiries related to HR policies, leave, benefits, and payroll matters.
-Support employee relations by assisting in handling grievances, disciplinary issues, and maintaining a positive workplace culture.
-Coordinate training programs and assist in performance appraisal exercises.
-Manage work permit and visa processes, including applications, renewals, and cancellations.
-Liaise with government agencies, insurance providers, and statutory bodies to ensure HR compliance.
-Provide administrative support including office maintenance, document filing, and meeting arrangements.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
-A Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
-Minimum 1–3 years of working experience in human resources, administration, or a related field.
