Job Responsibilities:
-Prepare annual budgets and financial forecasts to align with company objectives.
-Monitor cash flow and analyze variances to support decision-making and project planning.
-Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual closings, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
-Maintain full sets of accounts and supporting schedules in compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations.
-Ensure adherence to financial policies, tax laws, and internal controls.
-Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and company secretaries for smooth financial operations.
-Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures to improve efficiency.
-Identify and manage financial risks to protect company assets and resources.
-Establish and maintain internal controls and SOPs to safeguard financial integrity.
-Review and enhance financial processes for greater operational efficiency.
-Lead, train, and supervise the finance team for performance and growth.
-Performing any other duties assigned by the superior.

Required Qualifications and Skills:
-Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
-Minimum 8-10 years of experience in financial, accounting, or corporate finance.
