Job Description:
• Assist in sourcing and ordering materials, products, or services.
• Maintain records of purchases, deliveries, and supplier details.
• Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Support vendor communication and resolve basic issues.
• Help prepare Purchase Order dan other documentation.

Qualification:
• Basic understanding of procurement or supply chain processes.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Prior experience in procurement is a plus but not required. Fresh Graduate are welcomed to apply.
• Proficient in Mandarin is an added advantage.
