About your role
Review and select vehicles from the wholesale list based on specific retail criteria.
Utilize tools like Microsoft Excel to analyse and filter data to identify suitable vehicles for retail.
Ensure all vehicle documentation is accurate and complete to proceed for the payment.
Verify details and confirm that all documentation of transactions is properly processed by Finance Dept.
Monitor the status of vehicle documentation and follow up with relevant department to ensure all is prepared.
Keep track of the Retail Wish List and recommend vehicles that match.
Ensure accurate and timely distribution of allocation information to all relevant department.
Handle trailer request forms and coordinate with logistics team to ensure timely transportation of vehicles.
Monitor the status of trailer requests and address any issues that arise.
Admin Branch - Branch Cheras Sentral
About your role
Liaise with customer for daily handover and delivery car.
Update daily handover and delivery report.
Responsible in handle incoming and outgoing courier documents, compile data and document to customers.
Provide administration support to sales, operation and others department.
Maintain and update central filling systems, achieve documents and handle documents storage for operation.
Carry any other ad-hoc admin duties and operational support as and when required or assigned by Manager / Supervisor.
Perform other duties when needed and necessary duties when assigned by manager or superior.
Attend training as proposed or directed.
Maintaining a good attendance records.
Adhere to all SOP standards
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in any fields
Qualifications: A few years' experience in the Automotive Industry is an added advantage.
Proven experience in sales, business development, or related roles, with a track record of driving sales growth.
Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering measurable outcomes.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in fast-paced environment.
Computer literate in Microsoft office, Note Pad and Basic Emailing.
