Key Responsibilities:
-Prospect and generate leads through cold calls, cold outreach, referrals, and networking
-Achieve 70–100 outbound connects per day
-Attending expos or seminars to get leads
-Conduct discovery calls to understand SME business goals and challenges
-Present and propose ROI-focused digital marketing solutions
-Prepare proposals, negotiate terms and close new business
-Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM
-Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
-Maintain accurate reporting on activities, pipeline, and closed revenue
-Contribute to sales playbooks and mentoring juniors

Qualifications:
-3 – 6+ years proven outbound B2B sales experience
-Strong closing track record in services or solutions or digital products
-Digital marketing knowledge (SEO, Ads, Web) is a strong advantage
-Must possess own car and willing to do outdoor sales
-Excellent negotiation, presentation, and objection-handling skills
-Self-motivated, disciplined, and highly accountable
-Highly resilient, proactive and target-driven mindset
-Strong ownership mentality with direct impact on revenue growth
