Job Description
Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner
As a Manager, Supply Chain Business Partner, you will be the bridge between the Regional Supply and Demand Planning team and Country teams on all supply chain matters. You will be responsible in bringing and maintaining the supply chain visibility in Singapore and Malaysia.
To the Regional Supply and Demand Planning team, you are the ‘eye’ to the market, feeding them with market intelligence and other relevant information for demand forecasting and supply planning purposes. To the General Manager (Singapore and Malaysia) and the Head of Finance and Operations (Singapore and Malaysia), you will provide them with end-to-end visibility of the supply chain across service, inventory, and costs.
To be successful in this role, you will need to partner and collaborate strongly with multiple roles and functions (Regional Planning, Regional Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, Logistics) and act as the control tower for the supply chain of your market.

Driving and coordinating S&OP processes to ensure alignment between demand, supply, financial plans, launch and animation plans – including participating in key meetings such as activities reviews, demand reviews, supply reviews, and Open-to-Buy meetings
Actively communicating the situation on slow-moving products / discontinued products to the Category and Ecommerce team to determine inventory reduction plans (markdown operations, returns to vendor) and ensuring minimal ageing stock
Reviewing and validating Open-to-Buy with Regional Planning team and the Head of Finance and Operations
Monitoring replenishment and OSA performance at store levels and flag issues to the team
Proposing changes of store replenishment parameters with the Regional Planning team to optimize OSA, deliveries and inventory
Acting as the bridge between planning and execution, including NPI local distribution
Acting as a gatekeeper for Singapore and Malaysia for service, cost and inventory imperatives
Conducting monthly supply chain reviews with the Regional Supply Chain Director
Collaborating with cross-functional teams and acting as the point of contact for the General Manager (Singapore and Malaysia) to optimize inventory levels, improve forecast accuracy, and enhancing overall business performance
Partnering with Regional Demand Planning team, Regional Supply Planning team, and Head of Finance and Operations towards a consensus rolling forecast

A bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is required
At least 6 years of experience with a proven track record in Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP), with a strong understanding of demand forecasting, inventory management and supply chain optimization
A demonstrated ability to lead S&OP processes, balance supply and demand, and integrate financial and operational planning
Expertise in managing product lifecycles, from launch to discontinuation, and developing strategies for inventory reduction and aged stock minimization
A strategic decision-maker and a problem solver with good communication skills
Technical proficiency in S&OP and ERP software, along with advanced data analysis tools
The ability to adapt and the commitment to drive improvement in a dynamic retail environment
