Job Responsibilities
-Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as their trusted advisor.
-Understand customer needs, provide product/service guidance, and deliver effective solutions.
-Handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring prompt resolution and follow-up.
-Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Compliance, Product) to resolve customer issues.
-Educate customers on banking products, digital platforms, and self-service tools.
-Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for service improvements.

Requirements
-Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer success, client servicing, or customer support, preferably in the banking/financial services industry.
-Strong communication skills in English and Mandarin
-Customer-first mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
