Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with new and existing wholesale customers.

Identify new business opportunities and sales targets.

Promote and sell products to retailers and distributors.

Provide great customer service and resolve issues quickly.

Follow up regularly to ensure customer satisfaction.

Track and support customer orders for smooth transactions.

Close deals and ensure timely product delivery.

Share insights on customer preferences with the product team.

Requirements

Language required: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Self-motivated with a positive, results-oriented mindset

A genuine passion for helping others and solving problems

Sales experience is a bonus—but not required. We provide full training for the right candidate!
