Job Responsibilities-
-Follow up on Proforma Invoices (P/Invoice) with customers to ensure timely confirmation and payment.
-Coordinate and follow up on vessel stamp endorsements and related documentation.
-Prepare and submit MD Forms in accordance with regulatory and company requirements.
-Prepare, verify, and manage shipping documents, including but not limited to:
-Commercial Invoice
-Packing List
-Delivery Order / Shipping Instructions
-Liaise with internal teams, customers, shipping agents, and relevant authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution.
-Maintain proper records and filing of shipping and logistics documents.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or documentation-related roles (marine industry experience is an advantage).
-Familiar with shipping documentation and regulatory requirements.
-Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
-Able to follow up independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-Good communication skills and a responsible, team-oriented attitude.
