Job Responsibilities
-Handle incoming sales enquiries and prepare accurate quotations and sales orders in a timely manner.
-Maintain, update, and track sales records and customer data in HubSpot CRM.
-Liaise closely with makers and suppliers to confirm pricing, delivery schedules, and order acknowledgements.
-Monitor quotation and order status, ensuring regular follow-ups with both customers and suppliers.
-Address basic customer complaints, order discrepancies, or documentation issues, and follow up to ensure prompt resolution.
-Coordinate with internal shipping and warehouse teams to arrange deliveries, collections, and dispatch schedules.
-Support the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks to ensure smooth order execution.

Job Requirements
-Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Logistics, or a related field.
-1–3 years of experience in sales coordination, indoor sales, or customer support (marine / engineering industry is an advantage).
-Familiarity with CRM systems (experience with HubSpot is a plus).
-Strong coordination and communication skills with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
-Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
-A proactive team player with a positive and service-oriented mindset.
