Sales & Business Development
-Promote the centre’s medical and healthcare services to corporate clients, insurance panels, GPs, and referring doctors.
-Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (corporates, TPAs, insurance companies, clinics, embassies, etc.).
-Identify new business opportunities to increase patient referrals and revenue.
-Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and agreements for corporate clients.
-Monitor competitor activities and provide feedback for strategy development.

Marketing & Branding
-Plan and execute marketing campaigns (online and offline) to promote the centre’s services and consultants.
-Manage social media platforms, website updates, and digital marketing initiatives.
-Organize health talks, medical camps, and patient engagement events.
-Prepare marketing collaterals (brochures, posters, presentations) in line with brand guidelines.
-Support in PR, media relations, and community outreach programs.

Administrative & Reporting
-Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client database, and marketing performance.
-Provide weekly/monthly sales and marketing reports to management.
-Work closely with consultants, nurses, and operations team to ensure smooth execution of promotional activities.
-Assist in budgeting and cost control for marketing activities.

What we're looking for
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in a sales and marketing management role within the healthcare or medical services industry
• Good knowledge of the healthcare market and referral networks.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and achieve business goals.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide a team of sales and marketing professionals
