Responsibility:
-Manage customer orders and coordinate with production and planning teams on customer delivery schedule.
-Monitor and maintain On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance, aiming to enhance customer satisfaction.
-To maintain good rapport with existing customers and to encourage continuous orders.
-Ensure all quotation records are accurate and up to date.
-Document and manage customer requirements, ensuring they are clearly communicated and executed as needed.
-Liaise with Engineering department on product modification / customization.
-To ensure shipment being arranged by shipping department as per scheduled & fulfil customer requirement.
-Attend to customer inquiries, defects feedback and solve customer's doubt.
-Support and participate in department improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Requirement:
-Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in related field.
-Required language(s): English & Bahasa Malaysia. Candidate fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage as candidate to deal with Mandarin speaking overseas customers.
-At least 1 year of working experience in Manufacturing line and Customer Service / Sales Support divisions is preferred.
-Committed & matured candidate are preferred.
-Computer literate.
-Knowledge & experience in ERP systems is an added advantage.
