JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
-Experience in creating graphics optimized for digital channels like websites, social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
-Design website layouts, landing pages, and user interfaces with a focus on user experience.
-Work closely with marketing, content, and creative teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
-Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to deadlines.
-Conduct market research to understand target audiences and technologies in digital marketing
-Ensure all designs meet the company’s quality standards and align with the brand’s visual identity.
-Contribute to the development of digital marketing strategies by providing creative input and insights.
-Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing campaigns.
-Familiar with AI design tools and current AI design trends, and able to apply them in daily design work.
-Understanding of AI-driven design trends, with hands-on experience using AI tools to improve creative efficiency and output quality.


JOB REQUIREMENT
-Company's clients are 100% from China, candidates must be fluent both spoken and written.
-A minimum of 3-7 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing environment.
-Comfortable engaging industry for various iGaming platforms.
-Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, After Effects, InDesign) or other relevant tools.
-Experience with AI-based tools such as Mid-journey, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, or similar platforms is a plus.
-A strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, particularly in digital marketing.
-Ability to stay updated on the latest design trends and apply them appropriately.
-Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams and mentoring junior designers.
-Strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
-Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot design issues and find effective solutions.
-Understanding of digital marketing concepts, strategies, and best practices.
