RESPONSIBILITIES
-Perform daily data entry for production activities.
-Verify and correct data, identify discrepancies or incomplete entries, and coordinate with teams for follow-up.
-Cross-check raw materials vs finished goods to ensure data integrity.
-Maintain accurate and organized Excel & ERP records.
-Assist in monthly stock reconciliation and reporting.
-Learn and understand production & Quality Control (QC) processes to support accurate reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS
-Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Data Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
-Strong in Microsoft Excel and data handling.
-Detail-oriented, responsible, and proactive.
-Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
