RESPONSIBILITIES
-Assist in data entry of invoices, receipts, and payment records.
-Support preparation of monthly financial statements and reports.
-Maintain organized filing systems for accounting documents.
-Verify transaction records and ensure accuracy in accounting entries.
-Assist in checking supplier invoices, customer statements, and outstanding payments.
-Monitor raw material usage and track stock movement for accounting accuracy.
-Assist in monthly stocktake and reconcile physical counts with system records.
-Work with the accounts team on reconciliation and simple financial analysis

QUALIFICATIONS
-Candidate must currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
-Basic understanding of accounting principles (debit/credit).
-Detail-oriented, accurate, and responsible with strong data-handling skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Excel; accounting software knowledge is an advantage.
-Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
