Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1) Strategy Execution & Campaign Coordination
-Translate HOD/CMO marketing strategies into clear, actionable marketing plans and timelines.
-Lead and coordinate execution of regional and organisation-wide campaigns, product launches, and special initiatives.
-Oversee and manage assigned marketing channels, including but not limited to:
-Paid Advertising
-Social Media & Content
-KOL / Influencer Marketing
-SEO & Performance Marketing
-Events & Offline Marketing
-Coordinate cross-functional collaboration across Creative, Copy, Video, Brand, Performance, KOL, Online and Offline teams.
-Ensure campaigns achieve defined conversion, engagement, growth, and performance targets.
-Monitor campaign performance and recommend optimisation strategies based on data insights.
-Manage campaign budgets, timelines, and resource allocation within management-approved limits.
-Collaborate with internal departments to ensure integrated and aligned campaigns.
-Support key organisational initiatives such as Ramadan campaigns, major launches, and influencer activations.
2) Performance Monitoring, Reporting & Documentation
-Maintain campaign trackers, dashboards, and KPI monitoring tools.
-Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly marketing performance reports for management review.
-Track ad spend, engagement metrics, conversion results, and overall campaign effectiveness.
-Ensure all tasks, campaigns, and deliverables across marketing teams are properly tracked and completed on time.
-Follow up on action items and flag risks, delays, or misalignment early, escalating to the CMO when required.
-Ensure compliance with internal SOPs, documentation standards, and reporting accuracy.
-Support preparation of presentations, internal briefs, proposals, and management decks.
3) Team Leadership & Management
-Coach, guide, and supervise marketing executives to ensure performance targets and deadlines are met.
-Provide clear direction, prioritisation, and feedback to team members.
-Foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the marketing team.
-Support performance tracking and development of team members in line with departmental goals.
4) Research & Other Duties
-Conduct or support research on market trends, competitor activities, and partnership opportunities as required.
-Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by management in support of organisational objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Education & Experience
-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
-5–7 years of relevant marketing experience, with strong exposure to integrated and multi-channel campaigns.
-Minimum 2–3 years in a managerial, supervisory, or lead coordination role.
-Proven experience managing end-to-end campaigns from planning to execution and reporting.
-Experience in fast-paced, performance-driven environments (e.g. NGO, agency, FMCG, e-commerce, or growth organisations) is an advantage.

-Proven experience in budget management, reporting, and optimisation.
